What is good for you is also good for your skin! :)

Seafood- Omega-3 fatty acids, zinc
What it does for you: Eating seafood rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and zinc may reduce dryness and inflammation which can cause skin to age faster. Seafood that contains Omega 3 fatty acids: Salmon, Trout, Mackerel.  http://www.rd.com/health/healthy-eating/omega-3-rich-fish/

note* if you are vegetarian or vegan, you can also get your Omega 3 from flax seed oil that you can find at any grocery store. I would also suggest using Udos Oil 3,6,9 blend, this comes in an oil form which tastes great over salads, or you can take the capsules.

Citrus Fruits- Vitamin C
What it does for you: This vitamin aids in the body’s production of collagen. Some research shows that consuming vitamin C can tighten your skin and prevent wrinkles. Foods that contain vitamin C: Oranges, grapefruits, acerola cherries, tomatoes.

Red and Green Vegetables- Vitamin A, beta carotene
