Fitness Week!

Starting tomorrow I will be focusing this week on fitness for you and your little one. Along with good nutrition, it is equally important to stay active, so I, along with some friends, have come up with some creative ways to stay fit and have fun doing so! 
In the meantime, give this coconut juice blend a try! It is full of antioxidants, cancer fighting agents, potassium, and electrolytes.
Blend: Cherries, half of a banana, fresh pineapple juice and coconut water in a blender. Enjoy!
