Over the weekend I made this salad to go along with our BBQ chicken. Our meal was light and refreshing- we really enjoyed it!  For this salad all you need is: 

Arugula
Raspberries
Aged balsamic
Olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper

Today we used up the left over arugula but this time I added strawberries instead of raspberries, and fresh mint leaves , and Owen and I liked it even better! To make this recipe all you have to do is:

Put all ingredients into a bowl and drizzle with aged balsamic and olive oil, salt and pepper then toss & serve. Enjoy! :)
