The last few days have been the most enjoyable! I have had no stress, no worry, the only thing on my mind is my little one and what exciting things are to come.

Owen and I have been bowling, playing in arcades, feeding ducks at the park, eating out at local restaurants like "The Works", building forts, playing with ninja turtles, and cuddling on the couch, it has been perfect! :) 

I even had the opportunity to indulge in an hour long bath-- which never happens... and not just any bath, a lemon and sea salt bath! I came across the idea from something I read online and truly, my body felt incredibly refreshed I just had to share this with you!

How to make a lemon sea salt bath:

Cut up one lemon and squeeze it into the bath water then leave the lemons in the tub to float around
Add 1/4 cup of sea salt to the warm bath water
Hop into the bath!

Some online articles suggest that the salt water/lemon bath helps to relieve tension and stress while cleanses the skin.

For me, I felt these benefits almost immediately, even as the day progressed I really felt refreshed! Definitely worth giving it a try! :)
