I tried this last week after I found it on Healthy_pretty_homecooking which is an Instagram account and it was a nice little treat to break up my day!
For the crust you will need:
1 mashed banana
¾ cups of rolled oats
Mix well, and then place on a baking sheet in the shape of a pizza.
Bake at 350 for 20mins
Once finished baking, I spread blueberry jam on top (you can use a fruit puree instead) and topped it with fruit and a sprinkle of coconut! Steeped myself a cup of Red my Lips from David’s Tea, and then I was back to course work! :)
