Amazing how music and lyrics can have such an impact and also mean such different things to different people. Macklemore- One Love has been mine and Owen’s favorite song to sing to this summer.
To me, it is the importance of love and legalizing same sex marriage , and to Owen, he hears “she keeps me warm” and thinks of his Mommy.
At the end of this song “Love is patient, love is kind” Owen and I sing together. We smile with such love.
Amazing what one song can do.
